Gates open at 6:00 PM for general admission, accessible and VIP balcony and Live at Lounge customers.

The event will finish by approximately 10:30 PM.

We would suggest arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.

Last entry time is 8:00 PM.

VIP options

Balcony - Fast track entry with access to covered balcony areas with upper-level viewing with exclusive access to the private balcony bar & separate balcony toilets

Live at Lounge - A private VIP area with a welcome drink, prime views of the stage, access to private bar facilities, DJ and a souvenir lanyard. Includes fast-track entry to the venue, plus access to an after-show party. A specialist hospitality hosting service will look after you throughout the evening.

Child Policy? 

Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult, and under 6’s will not be permitted at the event.

Welfare

The Welfare Crew (Events Wellbeing) is here to support anyone feeling vulnerable or in need at the event. Whether someone is affected by substance use, mental health challenges, experienced harmful or unwanted behaviour or is simply feeling overwhelmed by the environment — they’re here to help.

The Welfare Tent is staffed by trained, compassionate volunteers who offer non-judgmental care and support until they're ready to rejoin the event.

They can provide:

·      A calm, quiet space to rest and recover

·      Emotional and wellbeing support

·      Help for those feeling anxious, lost, or alone

·      Assistance if you’ve been separated from friends or belongings

·      Support with lost children or vulnerable adults

·      A breastfeeding-friendly environment

·      Essentials such as sunscreen, water, earplugs, and helpful information

·      Sensory equipment to help reduce sensory overload (fidget toys, sensory distraction, ear defenders).

You don’t need to be in crisis to visit — if you just need a breather, a chat, or some time out, the Welfare Crew is here for you!

Is the event outdoors?

Yes! This is a standing outdoor evening concert so please keep the British weather in mind. We recommend all concert goers should dress appropriately and be prepared if the ground is wet from rain in the days before the event. Umbrellas are not allowed within the venue, please leave them at home.

Can I bring a chair?

Chairs, portable furniture or inflatables are not allowed into the venue for any of the TK Maxx Presents Live at The Piece Hall Concerts. The concerts are fully standing.  

This does NOT include wheelchairs. 

Can I bring Food and Drink? 

Although you are unable to bring food & drink into the venue, we're certain you won't go hungry with a wide array of food and drink stalls inside the venue offering some of the most delicious cuisines. We have everyone's favourites on our roster and our concession stalls will be offering refreshments throughout the night.   

Food and drink are not permitted however there are food and drink concessions within the event. 

Water bottles are not permitted into the event. There will be free drinking water available at the bars for all customers.

Can I bring a dog? 

Animals are not permitted on site, with the exception of registered assistance dogs. If you are bringing a registered assistant dog, please do let us know in the accessible requirements form that is emailed to you by Ticket master after purchasing accessible tickets. Alternatively, please contact us here.

Bag Policy 

Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. Please note - Rucksacks/Backpacks of all sizes are not permitted.

All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the venue. 

Is TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall fully cashless?

All food concessions, plus Piece Hall operated bars and the merch stall are cashless. Our independent bars may accept cash.

Can I buy official merchandise?

Yes, if available, official merchandise will be available to purchase within the venue. Customers are advised not to buy merchandise from vendors outside the venue as these are not licensed suppliers and the quality of products cannot be guaranteed.

If it rains, will the concert still go ahead? 

Absolutely! Concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather if the conditions become dangerous. However, you cannot bring an umbrella, so please dress appropriately. The show will continue to go ahead if it rains and there will be no refunds offered should you chose to leave due to weather. The show will only be cancelled or stopped if the weather becomes dangerous.

Can I apply to be a trader? 

I am afraid we are no longer taking applications for this year's events.

Can I apply to be a supplier?

How can I apply to be an artist at TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall? 

We typically work with agents, managers, and record labels when considering bookings for our events. Unfortunately, we’re unable to respond to unsolicited emails or booking enquiries.

How can I apply for Charity tickets for  my upcoming event?

Lost Property
