Your Ticketmaster tickets will be delivered to you via the Scarborough Open Air Theatre App.

Download the Scarborough Open Air Theatre app now on iPhone or Android to access your Ticketmaster tickets.

For quick and easy entry, please ensure you transfer tickets to the rest of your party before you arrive.

Open the Scarborough Open Air Theatre app and head to My Tickets in the 'more' menu.

Please ensure you log in to the My Ticket section with the same email address from which you purchased your Ticketmaster tickets.

Open My Events and tap the Transfer tickets button & you can also add your own tickets to your Apple/Google Wallet.

Enter your recipient's information, including their email address and hit Transfer Ticket.

The person you're transferring to, will also need a Ticketmaster account.

Souvenir Tickets

Souvenir Tickets can be booked on events where Mobile Entry tickets are offered. When you select these tickets, you’ll use your mobile ticket to get into the event. Afterwards, a physical souvenir ticket will be sent to you to keep as a memento!

Souvenir tickets can be selected at checkout and must match the amount of event tickets in the booking.

Purchase Options 

Tickets are available to be purchased through Ticketmaster.

Tickets can also be purchased in person or by phone through the on-site box office. 

We recommend purchasing your tickets online, however, if you are unable to buy online the on-site box office will answer your call as soon as possible.

Avoiding Ticket Scams 

We actively encourage all of our customers to only buy their tickets through our official outlets. Our main agent for all shows is Ticketmaster, nobody else is officially selling tickets for Scarborough Open Air Theatre in 2025. Tickets can be purchased via our box office, their ticket sales are also through Ticketmaster.

Box Office Location and Times 

The box office is located near the main entrance to the Open Air Theatre, opposite Northstead Lower Car Park.

Opening Hours – Open Daily

11am – 5pm 1st May – 31st August

10am – 4pm 1st September – 30th April

Closed Wednesdays (except when a concert is scheduled)

Concert days 9am to concert ending

On general sale days the box office will be open for the time tickets go on sale.

How does the block and seat numbering work?

Rows with a double letter e.g. AA-BB are not situated towards to the front of the block and instead begin after rows A-Z - Please be advised that for any ticket purchased in the coloured blocks you will have to climb steep stairs to get there - Please be advised that people around you may stand during the performance.

I cant come to the event anymore, can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the terms and conditions on our website here
