Timings

General Admission, VIP, and Accessible gates will open at 6:00 PM.

For the Simple Minds and Blossoms shows, gates will open at 5:30 PM

Entertainment is due to finish no later than 11:00 PM.

We would suggest arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.

Is the event outdoors?

No, TK Maxx presents Derby Summer Sessions will be held at Vaillant Live, a brand-new indoor arena.

Can I bring a Chair?

Chairs are not allowed into the venue for TK Maxx presents Derby Summer Sessions.

What is your policy for children?

Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Both the child and the accompanying adult must each have their own ticket. Children aged 2 and under can attend free of charge and do not require a ticket.

All other children, including 17-year-olds, will need a full-price ticket to enter the festival.

Vaillant Live has a specific policy for children whereby all under 14s must be seated and are not permitted in the standing area.

Please note that prams are not allowed at TK Maxx presents Derby Summer Sessions.

Can I buy Official Merchandise?

Yes, if available, official merchandise will be available to purchase at various points within the arena. Please look out for Merch stands with the building which will be signposted.

Can I bring Food and Drink? 

You can bring confectionary, but drinks cannot be brought into the venue. If you have a medical condition or need to bring baby milk, please email our customer services at [e-mail]

A variety of beverages will be available for purchase within the venue and free tap water is available from all bars

Can I bring a dog?

Except for guide or assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the venue. Customers wishing to attend an event with a guide or assistance dog are requested to contact the venue in advance of the event for assistance.

Can I apply to be an artist?

We typically work with agents, managers, and record labels when considering bookings for our events. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to unsolicited emails or booking enquiries.

How can I apply for Charity tickets at my upcoming event?

You can apply for charity tickets by filling out this form. One of the team will review and be in touch if necessary. If you do not hear from us, unfortunately we will be unable to carry out your request on this occasion.
