GATE TIMINGS

General Admission and Accessible gates will open at 6:00 PM.

Last entry will be 9:00 PM.

Show times are always subject to change.

Entertainment is due to finish at around 10:30 PM.

We would suggest arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.

There is no car parking on site.

Southampton Railway Station is approximately a 7-minute taxi drive and a 11-minute walk away from the venue.

TICKETING INFORMATION

All TK Maxx presents Southampton Summer Sessions 2025 tickets are Mobile Entry – so your phone is your ticket!  

See instructions below for downloading your tickets in advance 

IOS:  

In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account. 
2. Tap My Events to locate your order. 
3. Tap your order to view tickets. 
4. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet. 
 
You'll find your tickets in the digital wallet app. To enter using your mobile wallet, access your ticket in the wallet and place the back of your phone against the scanning device or reader. Barcodes are not displayed when tickets are added to your wallet. 

Android:  

In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account. 
2. Tap My Events to locate your order. 
3. Tap your order to view tickets. 
4. Tap the Save to Google Pay button. 
 
You'll find your tickets in the Google Pay app. Barcodes aren’t displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.

BOX OFFICE LOCATION AND TIMES

The Box Office is located at Southampton City Art Gallery, Commercial Road, Southampton, SO14 7LP.

FESTIVAL MAP

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?

All food concessions and bars are cashless. Please bring alternative payment options.

FOOD AND DRINK

Food and drink are not permitted however there are food and drink concessions within the event.

1 x sealed water bottle is permitted per person max 500ml

1 x empty reusable water bottle is permitted.

There will be free water re-fill stations at the venue.

If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only.

CAN I BRING A CHAIR?

Chairs are not allowed into the area for any of the Southampton Summer Sessions concerts.

CAN I BRING A BAG?

Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the festival.

MEDICAL AND WELFARE

There are medical and welfare facilities available within the arena. Please ask a member of security to direct you to the facilities if required.

You can bring any medication that you require. If it is not easily recognisable (e.g. controlled drugs, EpiPens) please request this by contacting us here

Alternatively, you can bring a prescription with you and speak to a security supervisor on the day.

Please make sure you only bring enough for the duration of the festival and ensure you keep it safe with you at all times.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

RE-ADMITTANCE POLICY

Once you leave the festival arena you will not be allowed back in.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CHILDREN?

Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket.

All other children must have a full price ticket to enter the festival.

Prams are not permitted into Southampton Summer Sessions
