Car Parking

TK Maxx presents Live at Llangollen car park is located in the field above the Pavilion.

Parking at the Eisteddfod car park is charged at £10 per car if you prebook.

Non pre booked cars will be charged £15 on arrival. 

Parking is limited, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Only 1 Car Parking Ticket is required per car. There are also council car parks in the town centre. 

Tickets will be mobile/digital for car parking. 

There is also a pickup and drop-off area located at Abbey Road.

Travelling by car

TICKETING INFORMATION

All TK Maxx presents Live at Llangollen 2025 tickets are Mobile Entry – so your phone is your ticket!

See the instructions below for downloading your tickets in advance

IOS: 

In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account.
2. Tap My Events to locate your order.
3. Tap your order to view tickets.
4. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet.

You'll find your tickets in the digital wallet app. To enter using your mobile wallet, access your ticket in the wallet and place the back of your phone against the scanning device or reader. Barcodes are not displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.

 

Android: 

In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account.
2. Tap My Events to locate your order.
3. Tap your order to view tickets.
4. Tap the Save to Google Pay button.

You'll find your tickets in the Google Pay app. Barcodes aren’t displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.

Downloading to your digital wallet

iPhone users must follow the instructions above before arriving at the venue to access their tickets at entry as saving tickets to their digital wallet is not available at this time. Android users are still welcome to save their tickets to the digital wallet.

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?

All food concessions and bars are cashless. Please bring alternative payment options. 

FOOD AND DRINK

Although you are unable to bring food & drink into the venue, we're certain you won't go hungry with a wide array of food and drink stalls inside the venue offering some of the most delicious cuisines. We have everyone's favourites on our roster and our concession stalls will be offering refreshments throughout the night.    

1 x sealed water bottle is permitted per person max 500ml

1 x empty reusable water bottle is permitted.

There will be free water re-fill stations at the venue.

If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only. 

CAN I BRING A CHAIR?

Chairs are not permitted into the pavilion. 

There will be picnic benches available on a first come, first served basis.

CAN I BRING A BAG?

Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the festival.   

MEDICAL AND WELFARE

There are medical and welfare facilities available within the arena. Please ask a member of security to direct you to the facilities if required.

You can bring any medication that you require. If it is not easily recognisable (e.g. controlled drugs, EpiPens) please request this by contacting us here

Alternatively, you can bring a prescription with you and speak to a security supervisor on the day.

Please make sure you only bring enough for the duration of the festival and ensure you keep it safe with you at all times.

RE-ADMITTANCE POLICY

If you leave the arena you will not be allowed back in.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CHILDREN?

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. For standing events children aged 5 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket. Please note for seated events children under 5 will not have a seat. All children who require a seat must have a full price ticket to enter the festival. All children over 5 must have a full price ticket.

Prams are not permitted into the pavilion but are permitted into the grounds.
