KEY INFORMATION

BUILD AND DE-RIG

The main concert arena preparations will begin on Friday 6th June with all work finished by Friday 4th July.

The site working times are 08:00 - 20:00.

Please note there will be load out activity and essential site maintenance throughout the night and directly after each event. This includes site activity, stage activity and litter picking. All crew are briefed to keep the noise to a minimum.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

TK Maxx presents Live at Lincoln Castle are working with ETC to deliver the traffic management for the concert series.

On concert days, to provide a sterile area for the concert series there will be road closures in place from 16:00.

This is to allow for a safe area for the audience to access and exit the event. The road closure locations can be found on the road closure map.

Throughout the build, show days and break of the concert series there will be a No Parking / No Waiting order on the below dates:

6th June 08:00 – 15th June 23:59

19th June 00:01 – 21st June 23:59

24th June 00:01 – 3rd July 17:00

The No Parking / No Waiting order location can be found on the road closure map.

This is to allow for trucks to access safely. Any vehicle wishing to park in a suspended bay will require a waiver which can be applied for via the Lincolnshire County Council website.

KEY TIMINGS

WHY ARE THE CONTRACTORS ON SITE SO MANY DAYS BEFORE AND AFTER THE EVENT?

Due to the scale of the event, it is necessary to have an appropriate amount of time and days to build the concert arena and facilities to accommodate the audience safely.

WILL THERE BE FIREWORKS?

There will be no fireworks during the shows, however, please note that stage pyrotechnic effects will be in use on some shows that will emit no noise.

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL SECURITY AT THE EVENT?

Yes, TK Maxx presents Live at Lincoln Castle contract an external security company for additional security presence during the concerts. 

WILL LINCOLN CASTLE BE OPEN THROUGHOUT THE CONCERT SERIES?

Lincoln Castle will be open throughout the build and break of the concert series. On concert days, the last admission will be 15:30 with site closures at 16:00 to allow preparations for the concert.

Cuffe and Taylor are working in close co-operation with Lincoln Castle and key partners in delivering the event.
