Timings

  • Gates open at 4:00 PM for all ticket holders.

  • Show times are always subject to change.

  • Final admission is at 9:00 PM.

  • Entertainment is expected to finish at around 10:30 PM.

We recommend arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.

Is the Event Outdoors? 

The concert will take place inside the pavilion. Food and drink concessions are located outside the pavilion.

Food and Drink

You are not permitted to bring food or drink into the venue, except as noted below.
  • Allowed items:
  • One sealed water bottle (maximum 500ml) per person.
  • One empty reusable water bottle per person.
wide array of food and drink stalls will be available inside the venue, offering something for everyone throughout the night. Free water refill stations will also be available.
 
If you have a medical condition or specific dietary requirement (e.g. allergies, coeliac, diabetes), please contact us in advance to request permission to bring food or drink for personal consumption.
 
Supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s letter or confirmation from the NHS app, may be required and should be shown to security on entry, along with our confirmation email, once approved.
 
Please keep any permitted food or drink with you at all times.

Can I Bring a Chair? 

Chairs are not permitted inside the venue.

Picnic benches (located outside the pavilion) will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mobility aids that include a seating function, for example wheelchairs, are not affected by this policy and are permitted as standard.

Can I Bring an Umbrella? 

Umbrellas are permitted in the grounds but must not be opened inside the pavilion.

If It Rains, Will the Concert Still Go Ahead? 

Absolutely! Concerts are only cancelled if weather conditions become dangerous. Umbrellas cannot be used inside the pavilion, so please dress appropriately.

Child Policy 

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over with their own ticket.

  • For all events, children aged 5 and under can attend for free and do not require a ticket.

  • All children over 5 must have a full-price ticket.

  • Prams are not permitted inside the pavilion but are allowed in the grounds.

Can I Buy Official Merchandise? 

Yes — if available, official merchandise can be purchased at the event.

Can I Bring a Dog? 

Dogs are not permitted on site, except for assistance dogs. You can find more details in our Assistance Dog policy here. 

Is the Venue Cashless?

All food concessions, bars and merchandise outlets at Live at Llangollen Pavilion are cashless. Payments can be made using debit cards, credit cards and contactless payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Cash and cheques are not accepted anywhere on site, so please ensure you have a suitable card or digital payment method available.

All major card providers are accepted, including American Express, whether used physically or via a digital wallet on Android or iPhone devices.

Can I Camp at the Venue? 

No — Live at Llangollen is a non-camping event.

Can I Apply to Be a Trader? 

We work with approved traders to support our festivals and events. To apply to trade at a Live Nation event, please complete the application form here.

Lost Property 

Lost property is located in the main reception office at the front of the pavilion. After the event, please contact info@llangollen.net

Lost property will be kept for up to 12 weeks following the event, after which items will be donated or recycled as appropriate.

Can I Apply to Be a Supplier? 

We work with approved suppliers to support our festivals and events.

Please note that we do not accept unsolicited supplier enquiries or requests.

How Can I Apply to Be an Artist at Live at Llangollen? 

We typically work with agents, managers, and record labels when considering bookings for our events. Unfortunately, we’re unable to respond to unsolicited emails or booking enquiries.
