Mobile/Digital Tickets

All Colchester Castle 2026 tickets are mobile entry—your phone is your ticket! You must download your tickets before heading to the festival site. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your tickets can be scanned for entry, regardless of connectivity at the venue.

How to Access Your Tickets:

1. Download or update the latest version of the Ticketmaster app:
   1. iPhone: Apple App Store
   2. Android: Google Play Store
2. Open the app and find your order under My Events.
3. Tap View Barcode to display your tickets. Screenshots of your barcodes will not be accepted.

Once you’ve viewed your tickets in the Ticketmaster app, your ticket is automatically saved and always ready. Do not log out of the app.

Downloading To Your Digital Wallet

• iPhone users must follow the instructions above before arriving at the venue, as saving tickets to the digital wallet is not currently available.
• Android users may save tickets to their digital wallet.

Box Office Location and Times

If you are collecting tickets, have any ticketing queries, or are on the guest list but haven’t received a digital ticket, please visit our on-site Box Office at the main entrance (next to the boating lake). The Box Office is open from 30 minutes before doors open until the final entry time. Please remember to bring ID.

Guestlist

If you’re on the guest list but haven’t received a digital ticket, please head to the box office at the main entrance (next to the boating lake) and provide your name. Please remember to bring ID.

Payment Plan Options

You can now pay for your tickets in instalments on Ticketmaster using Klarna.

Klarna offers two options depending on your order value:

• Split by 3: Split your payment into 3 instalments.
• Slice It: Pay in 6, 9, or 12 instalments.

The Klarna payment plan options available for your order will appear at checkout on Ticketmaster. Please read the Klarna terms and conditions before proceeding, as you may be subject to a credit check and interest charges when using the “Slice It” option.
