Lytham Festival 2027 will take place over five nights, from Wednesday 30th June to Sunday 4th July 2027.

Timings

General Admission, The Garden and Accessible gates will open at 5:00 pm.

Entertainment is due to finish at around 11:00 pm aside from Sunday's show where entertainment will finish at 10:30 pm. 

We would suggest arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.

All set times and schedules for Lytham Festival will be available exclusively on our official app (within 24 hours leading up to the festival) for iPhone or Android.

It may take up to 60 minutes to enter the arena due to security checks, so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time so you don't miss the acts you want to see.

Please note timings are subject to change.

Please note that once you leave the festival arena, re-entry is not permitted.

The VIP Garden

Upgrade your festival experience in The VIP Garden.
Situated in a prime location right in front of the stage, The Garden offers a stylish and spacious setting to dance, unwind, and soak up the atmosphere. Enjoy access to an exclusive garden bar, delicious premium food options, and posh flushable toilets – all designed to elevate your day. Relaxed seating and covered areas are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Garden tickets include:

The Garden Kitchen

The Garden Kitchen returns for 2027, offering an elevated dining experience in the VIP Garden at Lytham Festival. Led by local chef Oli Martin, it features a fresh, seasonal menu showcasing the best of Lancashire produce with a modern twist. Expect bold flavours, restaurant-quality dishes, and a relaxed, festival-ready setting. Available exclusively in the VIP Garden to purchase, it brings together great food and live music in one premium experience.

Please note: these are upgrade packages only and do not include entry. A valid entry ticket is required to purchase and use these upgrades.

Is the Event Outdoors?

Yes, Lytham Festival is an outdoor event. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions, including bringing sun cream on sunny days and suitable footwear if the ground is wet.

The festival will go ahead as planned if it rains. 

Please come prepared for changing weather and bring suitable waterproof clothing if rain is forecast. 
Please note that umbrellas are not permitted within the festival arena.

Can I Bring a Chair?

Chairs are not permitted in any area of Lytham Festival 2027, including The VIP Garden.

You are, however, welcome to bring a blanket to sit on the ground.

If It Rains, Will the Concert Still Go Ahead?

Absolutely! Concerts will only be cancelled in the event of dangerous weather conditions.

What Is Your Policy for Children?

Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket. All other children must have a full price ticket to enter the festival. 

Please note: We do not recommend exposing children to loud music for extended periods. Hearing protection is advised, and a concert environment may not be suitable for very young children.   

Prams and pushchairs are not permitted at Lytham Festival. 

Welfare and Sensory Space

TLC Welfare will be on site at Lytham Festival 2027,  providing care, calm, and support whenever you need it. Here’s what they can help with:

  • Wellbeing & emotional support
  • Sunscreen, festival info & friendly advice
  • Emergency phone charging
  • Lost property enquiries
  • Help with lost children
  • Breastfeeding & milk expression space
  • Time out if you're feeling overwhelmed or can't find your friends

The TLC team is here to listen, help, and support you in a judgement-free, welcoming environment. If they don’t have the answer, they will find someone who does!

Location 

If you are facing the Main Stage, the Welfare and Sensory Space is located on the right-hand side of the arena, next to the Medical Tent and close to the West Gate entrance, as shown on the map below.

For visitors using the Accessible Area, an additional sensory space is available within the access area at the rear of the site.

Medical

Medical facilities are available on site. Please ask a member of security to direct you if needed.            

You may bring any medication you require — no need to contact us in advance.             

Please note:  

  • Medication should be in its original packaging with the prescription label clearly visible.
  • The name on your ID must match the name on the prescription.
  • Only bring enough medication for the duration of the event.
  • If your medication is loose or not in its original packaging, you must bring the prescription or a doctor’s note.
  • Keep your medication safe with you at all times.

Be prepared for screening at entry points, and keep any supporting documents ready if requested.

Can I Buy Official Merchandise?

Yes! Official merchandise, if available, can be purchased at the festival.

Is the Venue Cashless?

All food concessions, bars and merchandise outlets at Lytham Festival are cashless. Payments can be made using debit cards, credit cards and contactless payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Cash and cheques are not accepted anywhere on site, so please ensure you have a suitable card or digital payment method available.

All major card providers are accepted, including American Express, whether used physically or via a digital wallet on Android or iPhone devices.

Can I Bring Food and Drink?

You are not permitted to bring food or drink into the venue, except as noted below.

Allowed items:

  • One sealed water bottle (maximum 500ml) per person.
  • One empty reusable water bottle per person (this excludes metal ones).
  • Free water refill stations will also be available.
 
wide array of food and drink stalls will be available inside the venue, offering something for everyone throughout the night. We also offer a variety of food options to suit different dietary needs, including coeliac/gluten-free and other food intolerances.
 
If you have a medical condition or specific dietary requirement (e.g. allergies, coeliac, diabetes), please contact us in advance to request permission to bring food or drink for personal consumption.
 
Supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s letter or confirmation from the NHS app, may be required and should be shown to security on entry, along with our confirmation email, once approved.
 
Please keep any permitted food or drink with you at all times.

Lytham Festival offers a deliciously diverse range of food options. Explore vibrant food stalls serving everything from gourmet street food and global flavours to classic British favourites. Whether you're after artisan bites or a hearty burger, there’s something to satisfy every appetite. 

DRINKS

Raise a glass to an unforgettable evening. Enjoy a chilled beer, a zesty gin, or something sparkling as you soak up the festival atmosphere and get ready for the show.

Can I Bring a Dog?

Dogs are not permitted on site, except for assistance dogs. You can find more details in our Assistance Dog policy here. 

Can I Camp at the Festival?

No – Lytham Festival is a non-camping event.

Can I Apply to Be a Trader? 

We work with approved traders to support our festivals and events. To apply to trade at a Live Nation event, please complete the application form here.

Can I Apply to Be a Supplier?

We work with approved suppliers to support our festivals and events.

Please note that we do not accept unsolicited supplier enquiries or requests.

How Can I Apply to Be an Artist at Lytham Festival?

We typically work with agents, managers, and record labels when considering bookings for our events. Unfortunately, we’re unable to respond to unsolicited emails or booking enquiries.

How Can I Apply for Charity Tickets at My Upcoming Event?

You can apply for charity tickets by filling out this form. A member of our team will review your request and get in touch if necessary. If you do not hear from us, unfortunately, we were unable to process your request on this occasion.

Please note that we require a 5 – 6 month lead time for our consideration and approvals process.
