GATE TIMINGS

General Admission, The Terrace VIP, The Retreat, and Accessible gates will open at 5:00 pm. Please note, for Proms in the Park gates will open at 4:30 PM.

Show times are always subject to change.

Entertainment is due to finish between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

We would suggest arriving early to soak up the atmosphere.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Car parking

There is no car parking available on site.

Pick Up and Drop Off

Please use De Parys Avenue which is opposite the main entrance to the park. This is for all pick up/ drop offs, including taxis, parents, access.

Train Station

Bedford Railway Station is approximately a 3-minute taxi drive and a 25-minute walk away from the venue.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Mobile/Digital Tickets

All TK Maxx Presents Bedford Summer Sessions 2025 tickets are Mobile Entry – so your phone is your ticket!  

See the instructions below for downloading your tickets in advance 

IOS:  

In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your  My Account. 
2. Tap My Events to locate your order. 
3. Tap your order to view tickets. 
4. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet. 
 
You'll find your tickets in the digital wallet app. To enter using your mobile wallet, access your ticket in the wallet and place the back of your phone against the scanning device or reader. Barcodes are not displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.

Android:  

In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your  My Account.

4. Tap the Save to Google Pay button. 
 
You'll find your tickets in the Google Pay app. Barcodes aren’t displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.

BOX OFFICE LOCATION AND TIMES

The box office is located next to the main general admission gate.

The box office is open from 3:00 pm on show days up until approximately 9:00 pm.

The Terrace Garden VIP is our premium option which includes access to the main concert arena & the below:

- Fast track entry into the arena.

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?

No, all food concessions and bars are cashless. Please bring alternative payment options.

FOOD AND DRINK

Although you are unable to bring food & drink into the venue, we're certain you won't go hungry with a wide array of food and drink stalls inside the venue offering some of the most delicious cuisines. We have everyone's favourites on our roster and our concession stalls will be offering refreshments throughout the night.    

1 x sealed water bottle is permitted per person max 500ml

1 x empty reusable water bottle is permitted.

There will be free water re-fill stations at the venue.

If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only. 

Please note - for the proms in the park evening, food and drink are permitted as part of the picnic style concert as usual.

CAN I BRING A CHAIR?

One foldable chair is permitted per person in general admission within the designated areas towards the rear of the arena. Chairs are not permitted within the VIP Terrace Garden however there will be picnic benches outside & club style furniture on the VIP decked viewing platform.

Please note - Chairs are permitted in the whole festival area for the Proms In The Park evening as usual.

CAN I BRING A BAG?

Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the festival.

MEDICAL AND WELFARE

There are medical and welfare facilities available within the arena.

You can bring any medication that you require. If it is not easily recognisable (e.g. controlled drugs, EpiPens) please request this by contacting us here

Alternatively, you can bring a prescription with you and speak to a security supervisor on the day.

Please make sure you only bring enough for the duration of the festival and ensure you keep it safe with you at all times.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

RE-ADMITTANCE POLICY

There is strictly no re-admission on day wristbands. Day ticket holders should expect queues at the entry gate and arrive with plenty of time before the first act they wish to see – no refunds will be given for acts missed. Please ensure you are aware of the last entry time for the event you are attending.

PROMS IN THE PARK

Proms in the park takes place on Sunday 6th July 2025. 

This is a full picnic style concert, which means you can bring in all your own food & drink, chairs and tables. 

Gates open from 4:30 pm. 

Children tickets are available for Proms in the Park but must be purchased with a full priced adult ticket.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CHILDREN?

Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket.

Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket.

All other children must have a full price ticket to enter the festival for all shows apart from Proms in the Park, where child tickets are available at a reduced rate but must be purchased along with a full priced adult tickets.

Prams are not permitted into Bedford Summer Sessions.
