Free Drinking Water

Free drinking water is available at refill stations throughout the venue. Please look out for signage within the arena.

• Permitted items:

  • 2 x sealed water bottle per person (max 500ml)

  • 1 x empty reusable water bottle per person

For medical conditions, a doctor’s note will allow diet-specific food and drink only.

Welfare 

Medical and welfare facilities are available on site. Please ask a member of security to direct you if needed.

Medication

You may bring any medication you require — no need to contact us in advance. Please note:

Medication should be in its original packaging with the prescription label clearly visible.

The name on your ID must match the name on the prescription.

Only bring enough medication for the duration of the event.

If your medication is loose or not in its original packaging, you must bring the prescription or a doctor’s note.

Be prepared for screening at entry points, and keep any supporting documents ready if requested.

Keep your medication safe with you at all times.

Lost Property

Lost Property at this event is managed by Events Wellbeing - eventswellbeing.co.uk/lost-property. It can take several weeks after the event for property to be collated.

Re-Admittance Policy

Once you leave the festival arena, you will not be allowed back in.

Can I Bring an Umbrella?

Umbrellas are not permitted, as they can obstruct the view for other attendees.

Can I Bring a Camera?

• Permitted: Non-professional recording equipment such as point-and-shoot cameras and flip video cameras.

• Not Permitted: Professional recording equipment, including detachable zoom lenses, tripods, commercial photo, video, or audio equipment, and selfie sticks.

CCTV

The venue and surrounding areas are monitored by CCTV.

Crime Prevention

We advise against bringing valuables to the event. If you choose to bring them, please keep them hidden from view where possible.
