Mobile/Digital Tickets

All Live At Powderham tickets are Mobile Entry — your phone is your ticket! You must download your tickets before heading to the festival site. Follow the instructions below to ensure your tickets can be scanned, even if connectivity is limited at the venue:

1. Download or update the latest version of the Ticketmaster app:

   • iPhone: Apple App Store

   • Android: Google Play Store

2. In the app, find your order under My Events.

3. Tap View Barcode to display your tickets. Screenshots of barcodes are not valid for entry.

Once viewed in the Ticketmaster app, your ticket is automatically saved and ready for entry. Do not log out of the app.

Box Office Location and Times

The box office is open from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on show days.
It is located next to the main gate at the event entrance.

Payment Plan Options

You can now pay for your tickets in instalments on Ticketmaster using Klarna.

Klarna offers two options depending on your order value:

• Split by 3: Pay in 3 instalments.

• Slice It: Pay in 6, 9, or 12 instalments.

The available Klarna payment plan options will appear during checkout on Ticketmaster. Please read the Klarna terms and conditions before proceeding, as using the “Slice It” option may involve a credit check and interest charges.

If you have not received your digital tickets, please check your Ticketmaster online account. If you still cannot find them, contact Ticketmaster here.
