You can apply for a Nimbus Access Card or free Digital Access Pass here. Please note: Receiving your Digital Access Pass or Access Card does not automatically register you for accessible facilities at Live at Powderham. You must still join the registration above so we can email you when the accessible facilities application form becomes available. When completing the application form, you will be asked to provide your Digital Access Pass ID (or Access Card number). Accessible FacilitiesAccessible ToiletsAccessible toilets are available near the accessible viewing platform/area and the main toilet blocks within the arena. An accessible changing facility which will be available in the accessible area. The unit includes a toilet with retractable grab rails on either side, an electric hoist, and an adjustable high changing table. For Garden ticket holders, a luxury accessible trailer is also available in the Garden. Accessible Viewing PlatformThe Accessible Viewing Platform is a raised platform offering a prime view of the stage, and includes:
Companions are welcome and will be seated alongside the ticket holder. Your accessibility wristband will give you access if you have been approved for this facility. Please note: The Accessible Viewing Platform has limited capacity and is reserved for approved accessibility customers plus essential companion(s) only. The accessible viewing platform operates on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach full capacity. While we will do our best to accommodate everyone, if the platform is full, we will contact you to discuss alternative facilities. If no suitable alternatives are available, a refund will be issued. Ground Level Viewing AreaThe Ground Level Viewing Area is located near the main viewing platform. It is designed for individuals who prefer a less crowded space and the option to sit for short periods. This area is primarily for standing, with limited seating available for short breaks. Please note that while seated, your view may be partially blocked by standing fans in front of you. The ground level viewing area operates on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach full capacity. While we will do our best to accommodate everyone, if the viewing area is full, we will contact you to discuss alternative facilities. If no suitable alternatives are available, a refund will be issued. Accessible Bar, Food and Merchandise LanesAccessible bar lanes with lowered service areas are available at the main festival bars. Please follow signage to locate them. You and your essential companion can access these areas via the exit lanes of the bar queues, allowing you to bypass the main queue. Please ensure you have your accessible wristband ready to show. All food and merchandise stalls include a clearly signposted accessible serving area. Staff will be fully briefed to recognise accessible wristbands and provide assistance where needed. Where a lowered counter is not available, a member of staff will be happy to come around the stall to take your order and offer any additional support you may require. A drink service is available on the accessible viewing platform and area. Our bar staff will take your order and deliver drinks directly to your seat. Accessible TravelCar parkLive at Powderham car parking is located next to the arena.
Accessible parking must be pre-booked. Parking without prior approval will not be permitted. Please note cars are not permitted to stay overnight. Further information will be available on how to book this in due course. Public TransportTrainThe nearest train station is Starcross. Powderham is less than 2 miles from Starcross. It would take about 20 minutes (0.8 miles) to walk. Please note : Starcross statin is not step free. Site DescriptionWeather This is an outdoor concert, and we advise attendees to dress appropriately and bring suitable clothing for changing weather conditions. As temperatures may drop in the evening, we recommend bringing a jacket or additional layers for warmth and comfort. Ground Conditions Live at Powderham takes place at Powderham Castle,a greenfield site therefore is relatively flat but does have uneven terrain in parts. The arena features grass and a tarmac route into the main arena entrances. Deaf/Hard of hearing FacilitiesBritish Sign Language InterpretersWe are pleased to confirm that a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter, will be available for all Live at Powderham concerts. Further information will be available in due course. Castle Green Stage BSL interpretation will be available for the live bands; however, it will not be provided for the DJs. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Hearing Loops Hearing loops will be available at various locations throughout the event. Exact locations will be detailed in the Accessibility Guide, which will be sent to all customers prior to the event. Please look for the Hearing Loop sign to locate the correct area to be in the frequency radius. Hearing aids need to be switched to the 'T' setting in order to convert the magnetic signal from the loop back into sound |
Blind and Low Vision FacilitiesAssistance dogsWe welcome assistance dogs to Powderham, provided they have been specifically trained to support you, use the designated toilet/spending area, and behave appropriately around other customers. If you are bringing an assistance dog, please email us in advance so we can prepare a suitable spending area and any other required facilities. If you require further information for a specific performance, please contact us here Sensory FacilitiesA sensory space is available and the location will be sent out in the accessibility guide. This is a dedicated space managed by Event Wellbeing- designed primarily for neurodivergent customers who may be feeling overwhelmed and need a quiet place to take time out from the festival environment. The space features specially selected lighting, equipment, and furniture to help reduce sensory overload. All staff working in this area are trained in neurodiversity awareness to ensure a supportive and understanding environment. |

Accessibility Team, Stewards and SecurityAn Accessibility Manager will be on-site, trained in supporting disabled, Deaf, and/or neurodivergent customers. They will oversee the accessible area and be available to assist with any queries you may have on the night. The Garden Accessible FacilitiesPlease note:There is no raised viewing platform in the Garden. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted in the Garden area; however, as noted above, there is no raised platform, so views may be limited and the area can become crowded. CompanionsIf you require a companion ticket in the Garden area, please purchase one Garden ticket and complete the accessible ticketing process. If your Nimbus card includes a companion symbol, it will be allocated to you through your application. Ground ConditionsThe ground conditions are the same as the festival arena. PoliciesFood and DrinkYou are not permitted to bring food or drink into the venue, except as noted below. Allowed items:
A wide array of food and drink stalls will be available inside the venue, offering something for everyone throughout the night. Free water refill stations will also be available. If you have a medical condition or specific dietary requirement (e.g. allergies, coeliac, diabetes), please contact us in advance to request permission to bring food or drink for personal consumption. Supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s letter or confirmation from the NHS app, may be required and should be shown to security on entry, along with our confirmation email, once approved. Please keep any permitted food or drink with you at all times. Bag PolicyNo rucksacks or backpacks larger than A4 size are permitted. Bag searches will be in operation at all entry points. If you require a larger bag for medical reasons — for example, to carry medication, medical apparatus or food and drink required for a medical condition — please contact us in advance to request permission. Supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s letter or confirmation from the NHS app, may be required. Once approved, please show this confirmation email to security on entry. Medication PolicyYou may bring any medication you require — no need to contact us in advance. Please note: Medication should be in its original packaging with the prescription label clearly visible. The name on your ID must match the name on the prescription. Only bring enough medication for the duration of the event. If your medication is loose or not in its original packaging, you must bring the prescription or a doctor’s note. Be prepared for screening at entry points, and keep any supporting documents ready if requested. Keep your medication safe with you at all times. Temporary Impairments & PregnancyPlease be aware that our accessible facilities cannot accommodate temporary impairments (e.g. broken bones, healing injuries) or pregnancy.
